What does a standard yacht charter include?
Each charter comes with a professional crew, safety gear, fuel, and basic refreshments. Exact inclusions depend on the service type — sunset cruises provide premium non-alcoholic drinks and appetizers, while corporate charters include conference facilities and business catering options.
How far in advance should I book?
We suggest reserving at least two to three weeks ahead, especially during peak season (May–September). For corporate events and private celebrations, booking four to six weeks in advance helps ensure better availability and time for customization.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Safety remains our top priority. If conditions are deemed unsafe by our captain, we can reschedule to the next available date or provide a full refund. We monitor weather closely and will contact you 24 hours before departure if conditions look doubtful.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. We also offer excellent catering services and can customize menus to your preferences. Please note that glass containers are not permitted on board for safety reasons.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
We strive to accommodate all guests. Some of our vessels have better accessibility features than others. Please contact us when booking to discuss specific needs, and we will recommend the most suitable yacht and arrange any necessary accommodations.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 72 hours or more before departure receive a full refund. Cancellations between 24–72 hours receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable unless due to weather conditions or mechanical issues on our part.
